Benjamin Jean works for LINAGORA and the FniLL (French National Federation of Open Source Software Industry) as corporate lawyer and open source legal expert.

He also works as a legal adviser (within law firms and companies) and is involved in several working teams about open source governance and/or open source licensing (FniLL, Syntec Informatique, etc.).

Finally, he works in the "Chaire Regulation" of Sciences Po on IP matter. He coorganized the First European Opensource Lawyers Event and is working on the EOLE conferences cycle.

He also cofounded, few years ago, a French (community) project, named Veni Vidi Libri, which aims to inform the developers of non-free software/content about free/OS licenses and to help them using free licenses.
